Trading options carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade options you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk tolerance. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with options trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
Prior to buying and selling options, a person should inspect a copy of Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, which is available from The Chicago Board Options Exchange by calling 1-800-OPTIONS or by writing to the Exchange at 400 So. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60605, USA.
You can also download pertinent materials from the CBOE (www.cboe.com) and the CME (www.cme.com) website.
Past performances do not guarantee future results. Trading options involves substantial risk and there is always the potential for loss. Your trading results may vary. Because the risk factor is high in the options trading, only genuine “risk” funds should be used in such trading. If you do not have the extra capital that you can afford to lose, you should not trade in the options market. While LST101 makes every effort to produce profitable trade recommendations, there are no guarantees that the trade recommendations will result in positive gains.
