I don’t normally alert at night time, but this opportunity was so clear to me that I could not miss out on alerting subscribers.
I estimate that since the margin requirement for an ES contract is roughly 4k (depending on initial vs overnight/maintenance – it’s anywhere from 3k-5k — I just say 4k for estimation purposes) — that’s effectively a 25% return on capital. Of course, we set a stop loss at 2065 — so at most, I would be risking 4 ES points — for a potential loss of $200 if I got stopped out overnight.
We shorted at the top of pink ‘b — at @2061 and alerted immediately to subscribers.
